Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston
Rate: £550 per session + on-call responsibilities
Sessions: 3-4 sessions per week
- 2 sessions in-person
- 1-2 sessions flexible (in-person or hybrid)
Potential Annual Earnings:
- 3 sessions per week: £79,200 per year
- 4 sessions per week: £105,600 per year
(Based on 48 working weeks per year; on-call income is additional.)
We are seeking an experienced and committed Consultant Psychiatrist to work as our Responsible Clinician to lead the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and provide long-term service provision on a retained contract basis. This role is pivotal to our success in supporting innovation in inpatient care delivery and meeting the evolving needs of our stakeholders.
About the Service
The Hamptons Inpatient Hospital is a 14-bed adult male service, operating alongside an open 22-bed service. And specialises in inpatient rehabilitation for individuals with conditions such as schizophrenia, personality disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder.
The MDT includes a Hospital Director, Clinical Lead Nurse, Ward Manager, Occupational Therapist, Nursing Team, Psychology Team, and Mental Health Administrator, all working together to create meaningful and lasting changes in patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee patient care and treatment plans.
- Conduct timely patient assessments and create comprehensive care plans.
- Attend clinical meetings and participate in clinical governance activities
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
- Provide psychotherapy and counselling to patients
- Participate in a non-resident second on-call rota (details discussed during interviews).
- Manage a clinical leadership in partnership with the Ward Manager.
About You
- Medical degree and registration with the General Medical Council
- MRCPsych and s12/AC approval.
- Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act, Code of Practice, and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Experience in inpatient mental health settings (Desirable)

Active Pathways are looking for a Mental Health Support Worker to join Millcroft House, our Step-Down Residential Rehabilitation service located in Seacroft, Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Support Worker eager to positively impact the lives of the clients in their care. The role involves working from 7:45am to 7:45pm on a rotating two-week rota:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
As a Support Worker, you will:

Active Pathways are currently looking for a Housekeeper to join our Rehabilitation Care Service in Bamber Bridge, Preston. This is a permanent position offering 22 hours of work per week, which will be split across the week and includes weekend work. The hours would be 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM on Wednesday and a second day of your choice, plus 6 hours on Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday. The hours can be flexible to fit with your schedule and accommodate school hours if necessary.
We are looking for a dedicated housekeeper who wants to ensure that the health and safety of the staff and individuals we support are at the forefront of every decision made. We are looking for someone who has an exceptional eye for detail and a high standard when it comes to keeping the service clean as well as keeping to and adhering to guidelines and schedules.

As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will:

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualised care plans.

- Deliver group and one-to-one interventions that enhance daily living skills and encourage social inclusion.
